About Our Meat Shop

We are family owned and family operated. Our mission is to provide the best Prime Quality beef at a fair price with taste for all desires. We pride ourselves on working with smaller local Texas farms and ranchers who focus on raising their quality herds humanely. We will also offer exclusive options like American, Australian and Japanese Wagyu! With promises to soon offer real certified Kobe.

Our Daily Practices

Whole animals are delivered to us weekly and we break them down entirely in house. Everything is cut and hand-crafted by our experienced team. From our delicious, fresh-cut and dry-aged steaks, to our tacos that are made from the same quality meat, fresh tortillas and amazing fresh salsas and topping bar. Along with freshly-made sausages, smoked pork and bacon. This process also ensures full transparency to our customers, reflecting the efforts of our farmers and our respect for our animals. At Eat Meat we are committed to bringing real butchery and food traditions back. We are an old school butchery with modern day ideals. Ready to share the appreciation of where our food comes from.

We believe in wholesome Farm to Table Food. Our promise is to always offer Fresh Quality & Exclusive Meats and Meals at a fair price while being transparent. At Eat Meat we are committed to bringing real butchery and food traditions back from our family to yours!

The true staple to our Mexican Scratch Kitchen

Masa, special dough prepared from stone-ground, nixtamalized corn. It’s an ancient, flavor-packed superfood that forms the building block of hundreds of dishes found throughout Latin American cuisine, from sopes to tlacoyos, arepas to tamales, and of course … The Taco.
