We’re looking for an experienced Butcher that can break down a whole animal into custom cuts.

You will be the Head Butcher’s assistant/ apprentice. Will be responsible to keep meat display presentable and help customers fill orders.

Master behind the Kitchen. You will be responsible for everything kitchen related. Help develop a menu, cook and prep. Must have experience with fine dining & steak knowledge along with Mexican cuisine.

The help we always need, prepping for the kitchen and for the butcher shop. Marinating meats, making salsas, tortilla & prepping topping bar.

Responsible for taking payments, running inventory reports, putting meat orders in and running daily reports.
